Case Study - NodeMax

NodeMax IVR (interactive voice response) software allows developers, designers or non-technical people to change IVR applications simply and quickly: think the flow, draw it, then click to publish. This is a new process and needed to be approached in a way that was easily understood, but also appealed to the 'techie' audience.

We initially designed the NodeMax logo and branding, but this quickly escalated into icon design, stationery, brochures, website, and the design and production of graphics for a major exhibition at Olympia. This exhibition has led to NodeMax having meetings with some of the largest companies in the UK to discuss solutions to their call centre problems.

This was a great opportunity, and challenge for us, because we started with a blank sheet of paper, but we also had a tight deadline to stick to. I’m glad to say that we succeeded on both counts, and will be working with NodeMax on future projects.
